Celtech

Celtech are inspired by the music of the Celtic nations which they use as a vehicle to deliver a dynamic fusion of contemporary and world dance rhythmes. They draw heavily on Dub and Electronica, creating a soundscape that embraces both tradition and innovation. Combining drums, bass, guitars, traditional folk instruments, vocals and sequencing, their music celebrates the evolution of roots music in this era of cultural cross pollunation. Celtech are an exciting new arrival on the Celtic fusion scene

“...They create hypnotically danceable music that neatly combines all the disparate elements without being biased towards any of them.” Rock 'n' Reel Magazine

Dan Arborise

Dan Arborise

Described as "John Martyn meets Nick Drake for the 21st century"- The Fly , Dan Arborise juggles evocative songs and never-ending multi-layered acoustic guitar instrumentals, whilst wandering from sea cliff to deep valley… His atmospheric debut album 'Around in Circles' was released in 2006 on Just Music to great acclaim. Live, Dan's tender and haunting voice is the perfect match for his intense, emotive and rhythmic guitar-picking. Expect unusual open tunings, songs that develop into tunes, and tunes that grow into songs, and a beautiful guitar sound that is transformed but never compromised by some amazing electronic guitar effects.

Spanner Jazz Punks

SPANNER JAZZ PUNKS

Whilst on tour with French circus Archaos in the 1990s, Dan created the Spannerman Performance Band - a 'new circus' company with the band calling the shots not the other way round. Personnel included 2 drummers and up to a dozen circus performers. Musicians included Paul Chousmer (Another Green World, Webcore, Fields of the Nephilim) - organ, Nick Van Gelder (Ozric Tentacles, Jamiroquai) - drums, Stuart Zender (Jamiroquai) - bass, 'Generator' John Schuchard (Ullulators) - drums. The Spannertwins show (with Sue Brent) became legendary in the circus world, touring the English festival circuit, France and Australia. Spanner Jazz Punks emerged in 2007 with all the ecclecto-manic attachments.

"Spanner Jazz Punks inject quality madness into an entertainment machine, merging genres and disciplines including music, dance, theatrics, and film. A highly creative and energy filled troupe of musicians and performers that will take you on a journey through all the above and below, the heaven and the hell."

PinkNRuby

Pinknruby

This unique acoustic duo have become darlings of the alt-festival scene over the last couple of years. Pinknruby have been responsible for many of those 'Glastonbury moments' where you wander into a small and unknown café to be blown away by an act you'd never heard of with music you'd never conceived of. Combining lush ethereal soundscapes with Eastern European melodies and a touch of Brazilian rhythm the pair have an on-stage charisma that few acts can match. Often appearing in fabulous costume, replete with intricate face-painted masks watching Paul Bradbury (vocals, guitar) and Mihaela Repina (vocals, guitar) is a truly immersive and beautiful experience. A must for a sunny Sunday afternoon sat on the grass with friends or lovers.

Pinknruby have released two with French label Prikosnovenie and two on their own label Proserpina Records which they founded in 2008. You can find them at www.pinknruby.com or on facebook under Pinknruby.

Tim is one of Glastonbury's Bards, having held the Bardic Chair of Ynys Witrin (Glastonbury) from 2005 to 2007. His music is a magical melting-pot of UK Festival Psychedelia and British Folk, woven in with traditional vocal harmonies, left-field jazz-folk, speed funk and heads down, no nonsense mindful space boogie. Tim's lyrics betray a beautiful intelligence, a mixture of deep emotional, intuitive, other-dimensional and mental understanding and tenderness melded together with the power to reach in and move anyone and enchantingly transport them to another plane. He is best known for his work with bardic folk band Silver on the Tree and founding the Avalonian Free State Choir as part of his vision to perform restored pagan carols.
